Total Secure Export provides sourcing services for vendors and contractors supplying projects in Africa. You have a contract and a specification to meet. We find the suppliers, run the RFQ, ship the goods with full export documents and deliver them to your site. We have sourced equipment and materials for projects since 2011, working from offices in the UAE and Equatorial Guinea.
A supply contract in another country brings work that has nothing to do with your product: finding suppliers who meet the spec, preparing export documents and getting the goods into a country where you have no company. We take that work on for four types of client.
Companies with a supply contract in a country where they have no local team.
Contractors and subcontractors who need equipment and materials delivered to site.
Embassies, NGOs and donor-funded projects buying to a fixed specification and budget.
Companies preparing a tender bid that needs firm supplier prices and lead times.
Our project procurement services cover sourcing, export and delivery. One team runs all three, so you have one point of contact from RFQ to site.
We find manufacturers and distributors who can meet your technical specification, standards and quantities. Before a supplier goes into the quote, we check that the product matches the spec, that it can be exported to your country and that the lead time fits your schedule.
We send the RFQ to several suppliers and compare their offers line by line: price, lead time, warranty, origin and shipping terms. You get one quote from us, with the Incoterm stated and the origin of every item. If a lead time puts your delivery date at risk, the quote says so.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any export licences the goods need are ready before the cargo leaves. We book the shipment, track it to the port of arrival and send you the shipping documents as they are issued.
In Equatorial Guinea our own company in Malabo imports the goods, clears customs and delivers them to your site. In other countries we arrange clearance and delivery with local partners, as we did in Kenya.
Share the technical specification or bill of quantities, the delivery site and the date the goods must arrive. A tender document works as a starting point.
We shortlist suppliers that can meet your requirements and export to your country, then send them the RFQ.
You receive one quote with prices, lead times, origin and the Incoterm. If a supplier offers an equivalent product, it is listed separately so you can compare.
Once you confirm, we place the order and agree the specification, quantities and dispatch date with the supplier in writing.
We prepare the export documents and ship the cargo.
The goods are cleared on arrival and delivered to your site. We also install and commission equipment on site when your contract requires it.
From industrial equipment sourcing to medical supplies, we buy what your specification calls for. If an item needs an export licence or is restricted in the destination country, we tell you at the quote stage, before you place an order.
Goods for Equatorial Guinea are imported by our registered local company, not through a rented partner entity.
One team runs sourcing, export and delivery. You do not have to coordinate separate suppliers and a forwarder.
An export procurement company trading internationally since 2011, with project delivery in Africa and the Middle East.
Projects delivered in West, Central and East Africa, including Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea and Kenya.

Equipment and materials from approved suppliers in Europe and the Gulf, exported, imported through our Malabo company and delivered to the client's site.

Design, supply, export logistics, customs clearance, installation and commissioning for a diplomatic facility.

Equipment sourced to the client's exact specification, exported, cleared and delivered to site.
It takes the buying work off your team. A sourcing partner finds suppliers who can meet your specification, collects and compares their offers and manages the order through to delivery. For projects in Africa this also covers export documents and import into the destination country.
The specification or bill of quantities, quantities per item, the delivery address, the required delivery date and any standards or certifications the goods must meet. For a tender, send the tender documents and the submission deadline.
Worldwide. We work with manufacturers and distributors in Europe, the Gulf, Turkey and Asia, and choose the origin by specification, price and lead time. If your documents name a brand or country of origin, we source to it.
Yes. Our registered company in Malabo acts as importer of record, clears customs and delivers the goods to your site. You do not need to set up a local entity.
Yes. We provide supplier prices, lead times and origin details for your bid, and supply the goods if the contract is awarded.
Sourcing is finding and qualifying suppliers and getting their prices. Procurement is the wider process that follows: ordering, payment, shipping and delivery. On project supply we do both, so the supplier we quote is the one we buy from and ship.
No. Sourcing covers finding and buying the goods. Importer of record covers the legal import into the country. If you already have the goods and only need them imported into Equatorial Guinea, our importer of record service handles that on its own.
We work from offices in the UAE and in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, and supply projects across Africa and the Middle East.
